Production Menu
Below is an infographic I created to help plan a stop-motion animation from start to finish. This is the first iteration of a recipe I plan to keep improving. To use it, write down how much time you think each component will take based on the menu items. Then add them up and divide the total by the number of days, weeks, or months you have to complete the project. From there, you can begin to make adjustments to your planned process based on the amount of time and resources you have to complete it.
Once you’ve figured out your total, you can challenge your numbers. What changes would you need to make if you brought the total down to 75%? 50%? what about 25%? How do these numbers change if you outsource or delegate different components of the project?
